    Conditions of Booking

    • A non refundable £100 deposit and the completed booking form is required before any booking is accepted and confirmed
    • We are unwilling to cater for 18th or 21st Birthday parties and other events involving minors
    • The organisers agree to be responsible for any damages to The Riverview Room or premises caused by the invitees or independent contract hire
    • The management reserve the right to deny admission to any person considered unsuitable and persons under the age of 18 years old will not be permitted to consume alcohol
    • The Riverview Room is to be vacated by 11.30pm , late departure may result in the additional charges to cover staffing costs.
    • Outside Drinks  Due to our lease agreement we are unable to offer corkage or allow any outside beverages to be consumed on the premises
    • The Plough Inn regrets that it cannot accept liability for any equipment, or property damaged, lost or stolen whilst on the premises.
    • The management reserve the right to amend menus and prices if necessary
    • Payment  All accounts must be settled no later than 4 weeks prior to function, we can accept cash, cheque or debit/credit card.
    • Cancellation Fees

    Less than 2 weeks before The full estimated costs will be charged

    1 month or more before  The Room hire, deposit & linen costs will be charged
